CAREER BRIDGE PROGRAM for HR consultants >Zanadu’s CBP does not provide full time job opportunity with the consulting firm. Assignments under CBP are short duration and aimed at keeping the HR professionals active in the industry and provide them career continuity. There is no placement guarantee at the end of the projects. However, Zanadu consultants have the option of exploring full-time employment on mutually acceptable terms with the respective client company if the same exists >CBP is extended only to HR professionals in India . It is NOT extended to HR professionals who are on regular employment however is OPEN to professionals who freelance and work part time on assignments >All CBP HR consultants go through a short e- induction program with Zanadu >CBP is now an on-going program. Projects will be added through the year. >CBP Consultants are encouraged to register with Zanadu to be part of CDP, a database that we will access to find suitable profiles for new assignments. On registering the professional's details are added to this database.This enables Zanadu to identify projects with the clientele and accordingly propose projects to the consultants. > CBP HR Consultants are to get in touch with the corporate office on the details of available assignments. They can apply for available and interested projects in parallel to Zanadu project proposal process > As required by the corporate, the CBP HR Consultants may need to go through a client discussion towards selection into the project. |
Enrollment process e-Registration and Service terms Shortlisting by Zanadu team e-Induction with Zanadu representatives Applying/Assignment into available Projects Client Discussion on selection of the HR consultant into the project (if need be) Issue and acceptance of Service agreement or Job order Project Execution Client feedback,Performance discussions and offcourse learning Who can enroll? Currently the CBP initiative is for HR professionals who have worked for a minimum of two continuous years in any of the HR domain areas prior to taking a career break of 3 months or more.
