We work anywhere! As we take up remote and on-site assignments, we work with CBP HR consultants from across locations and we will be able to do business PAN India.

CORPORATE ASSIGNMENT TYPES:

We have classified our deliverables into the below 5 categories.

You could choose to offer HR projects through any of them that would best work with you:.

Z-Annual

Annual partnership assignments

This is suitable for an annual plan to be in place and regular activities to be carried out through the year

Examples can include anchoring a Campus Engagement program, anchoring a Entry level trainee program etc. through the year

Z-Project

 Project based Assignments

If you have a specific assignment or project you would want us to deliver
Examples can include a New hire survey,Campus Trainee survey,  Supporting a performance appraisal cycle, specific training program(s), revisiting policies and procedures or a redundancy programme , Communication plan for campus hiring , Interfacing with a design agency on specific HR projects etc.

Z-Retainer

 Retainer service assignments

Best suited to a business with no HR support or a small HR team. You pay a monthly fee for an agreed number of hours or days required each month.

 Examples can include Recruitment support, Employee assistance helpdesk support etc.

Z-PAY

 Pay as you go assignments

This is based on the number of hours a consultant could be employed.

Examples can include consulting and advisory services, training program delivery etc.

If you are a Corporate looking at partnering and utilizing Zanadu's HR services, just fill in the below required details and we will revert at the earliest.

  2. Where possible, try to highlight factors that really motivate this demographic: i.e corporate experience, potential to learn, work-life balance quotient etc.
